Approximately 250 people gathered at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle
on May 4th, 2005 for the Mental Health Association (MHA) of Westchester’s “Red
Carpet Gala”. The evening of fun and fundraising, hosted by professional comedian
Michael Somerville, honored six long-time Board members for their tireless work and
dedication in support of mental wellness in Westchester County.
For their unique and
vital contribution to MHA’s efforts, Community Leadership Awards were presented to:
Mark A. Bilski, Mary F. Foster, CPA, Robert Hochhauser, Geoffrey Kent, Esq., Norman
J. Michaels, Jr. and Patricia H. Ogden, Esq.
Highlights of the evening included a
$10,000 raffle, as well as, a live auction of an Italian dinner prepared by County
Executive Andrew J. Spano and retired City Court Judge/Board Member, Vincent R.
Rippa.
