In addition to her expertise in CBT, Dr. Siegel has training and experience in the use of psychodynamic, client-centered, family-systems and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques.

Dr. Siegel earned her PhD in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo, where she specialized in developmental and cognitive psychology research. She received her clinical psychology training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, completing both adult and child clinical tracks.
