Mental Health Conciliation Service

The Mental Health Conciliation Service helps people who are experiencing difficulty with mental health services and programs in Westchester County. It is designed to help them ease communication between themselves (or their families) and those who provide services such as individual practitioners, clinics, hospitals, day treatment or case management programs. The Conciliation Service is non-adversarial and assists those in need to use Westchester’s mental health programs more effectively.

Is It For Me?

Do you feel confused or have questions about your rights as a consumer of mental health services or treatment? Do you need help mediating a disagreement with your treating clinic or hospital? If so, the Conciliation Service may be for you.

The Conciliation Service is available to children, adults and the elderly who are experiencing such difficulties in Westchester County and to their friends or families. Persons interested in this service may contact Pat Capolino of our Information and Referral Service at 914-345-5900, extension 240, or e-mail help@mhawestchester.org.
