The following are groups that may be helpful to you if you or someone you care about has had difficulty with any agency in New York State that provides mental health services, including the Mental Health Association of Westchester, or if you need help advocating for yourself or someone else with a mental illness. The Office of Mental Health is a New York State government agency with responsibility for services to persons living in New York State who have mental illnesses and other mental health difficulties. The New York State Office of Mental Health licenses and audits mental health treatment programs.
