We have an exciting new opportunity for a Full-Time Program Coordinator in our Mount Kisco Clinic.
The Coordinator provides both direct and indirect services. The Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the program, services and staff. The direct services include but are not limited to, outreach, assessment, crisis counseling, individual/family mental health treatment, and integrated health care management. The Coordinator will provide supervision, mentoring, coaching and performance reviews for direct reports; and monitor appropriateness of clinical care through supervision and participation in utilization review team.
The Coordinator shall be an experienced mental health professional as defined by Part 585 of the OMH regulations; i.e. LCSW or Licensed Psychologist. Ability to master an electronic record system, meet deadlines and productivity targets and willingness to grow and change are musts. Basic computer skills are required. Candidates must consent to Fingerprinting and a Criminal History Information Records search.
