We have an exciting new opportunity for a Full-Time Program Director of Children’s Care Management.
Our Home and Community Based Services Waiver, Health Home Serving Children, and ACHIEVE High Fidelity Wraparound Programs provide community-based care coordination services for children aged birth to 21 who have behavioral health and/chronic medical issues that have led to psychiatric hospitalizations, have put the child at risk for an out-of-home placement, and/or have impacted their functioning. The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the program, services, and staff.
The Director shall be an experienced mental health professional as defined by Part 585 of the OMH regulations. (LCSW or Psychologist preferred) He/she must have at least 4 years of experience in providing direct services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory level positions. Ability to master an electronic record system, meet deadlines and productivity targets and willingness to grow and change are musts. Basic computer skills are required. Candidates must consent to Fingerprinting and a Criminal History Information Records search.
