The mission of The Mental Health Association of Westchester County, Inc. is to promote mental health in Westchester, New York through advocacy, community education and direct services.
I&R – reached at (914) 345-0700 ext. 7303 - provides resources and referrals to community members, professionals, clients and agencies on MHA services and mental health issues and services in Westchester County and the surrounding area.

Inpatient and outpatient mental health services
Substance abuse treatment services
Housing
Case Management services
Mental health advocacy
Support and self help groups
Family violence support and services
Local and national information regarding mental health and related services
I&R is staffed by individuals knowledgeable about Westchester County resources and is supported by a professionally maintained database of services. Professional standards of confidentiality apply to every call.
Hours and Location
The Information and Referral line is staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Voice mail messages and e-mail message to help@mhawestchester.org may be left at any time.
