This is the web site of Office for Hispanic Affairs of Westchester County that works to help
Hispanic residents of Westchester integrate into the larger community. Recognizing that language
and cultural barriers often prevent individuals from getting what they need, the Office aims to
develop, promote and increase service and assistance programs. The site offers the same
information in English as well as Spanish.
