Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we offer a hub through which individuals can receive a range of integrated behavioral healthcare services.

No one is denied services due to financial means. We offer a sliding scale fee structure based on federal Financial Assistance Program guidelines. Click here to view.

We'll be there for those most in need

As a CCBHC, we offer enhanced clinic-based and mobile services and expanded accessibility to provide care. When needs are complex, we can provide substance use services and help integrate physical health care, creating a holistic plan of care.

We'll be there for the uninsured and under-insured

Not all insurance is created equal. Behavioral health care coverage is often limited to specific services, like clinical therapy. As a designated CCBHC, we can offer innovative care - like peer and family support - regardless of an individual's ability to pay.

Our neighbors won’t have to forgo quality behavioral healthcare because of cost or due to limited access. Removing financial barriers to support is a first step in strengthening emotional well-being and resilience.

We'll be there for people coping with addictions

Our integrated and expanded Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorder (COD) services include Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), an evidence-based best practice for overcoming addiction and maintaining long-term recovery. With the addition of Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselors (CASACs) in our clinics and medical staff trained to provide MAT, we are breaking down traditional silos of care and helping individuals with SUD/COD engage in services under one roof.

We'll be there for veterans, and their families

The challenges our service members encounter do not end with active duty. Too often, transitioning back into civilian life presents its own difficulties. Veterans are five times more likely to experience depression than the general population, and they are at higher risk for post traumatic stress disorder and suicide.

Through the lens of military cultural competence, we offer services for the extended military community. Support for children, partners and caregivers is a crucial piece of this specialized support, as many have also experienced challenges related to a loved one’s service.

We'll be there with a community of care

A vital element of our work as a CCBHC is our team approach, which includes support from social workers, psychiatrists, peer specialists, nurses, CASACs, care managers, and more, as needed. With a robust community of care, we are able to partner with people on their unique recovery journeys and work together to develop creative and flexible approaches to improving whole health.
