Jordania Estrella Joins MHA As Agency's First Chief Clinical Officer

The Mental Health Association of Westchester is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordania Estrella, LCSW-R, CASAC-G, to the position of Chief Clinical Officer. In this newly created role, Jordania is responsible for executive oversight of all aspects of clinic and mobile clinical program operations, including executing and sustaining strategic initiatives.  

“We are thrilled to welcome Jordania to MHA, where she will play a vital role in promoting our mission and core values throughout all of our clinical services while balancing executive oversight of administrative functions,” said MHA CEO Charlotte Östman, LCSW-R. “As our agency continues to grow in both services delivered and geographical regions covered, the creation of this new role was a natural addition to our leadership team. With her strong record of accomplishment and commitment to person-centered care, Jordania will be an incredible resource and leader in our agency.” 

Jordania joins MHA with more than 20 years of expertise in the behavioral health sector. She has offered strategic counsel for a variety of programs and health care system integrations, drawing on a broad spectrum of technical, financial, and operational skills. As Chief Operating Officer at a chemical dependency treatment network in New York City, Jordania oversaw operational functioning and managed a broad portfolio of services that made a significant contribution to the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. She is a graduate of Adelphi University’s School of Social Work and has completed two post-graduate certification programs at New York University. Jordania is also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with a specialty in gambling treatment. Presently, she is a doctoral student completing a PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology.
