The Mental Health Association of Westchester is pleased to announce that Cindy Peterson-Dana, Director of our Peer and Recovery Support Services, was presented with the Presidents’ Award at last week’s New York Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services conference.

Throughout her career, Cindy has worked toward developing a person-centered system with services that promote a vision of robust recovery for everyone. She has passionately and practically focused on helping people integrate into the community to live rich and full lives

Cindy accepted the award from Alison Carroll, outgoing co-president of the board of NYAPRS and Vice-President of Strategic Initiatives of Putnam Family and Community Services, as well as Harvey Rosenthal, NYAPRS Executive Director.
