Westchester Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect
Founded in 1977 and co-sponsored by the Child Care Council of Westchester and MHA, the Westchester Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect brings together representatives from public and private agencies and community organizations, as well as individuals who are concerned about child abuse and neglect. Goals and activities of the task force include promoting communication among public and private agencies to ensure the development of needed programs; organizing educational forums and recognizing those who make outstanding contributions in the field.
