MHA has been named a “Best Place to Work in Westchester” by 914INC. magazine and Best Companies Group. It is one of 17 companies in the region to receive this distinction, during the inaugural year of the initiative.

Companies from across the region participated in a two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Westchester. Best Companies Group first conducted a thorough evaluation of each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. Following this, employee surveys were disseminated and results were analyzed to measure the employee experience at each agency. Through a comprehensive survey, MHA employees had the opportunity to provide their own perspectives and feedback regarding their overall satisfaction with various aspects of their work life and environment.
