Our transitional housing Apartment Treatment Program helps individuals achieve personal goals and obtain permanent housing with the help of residence counselors who can assist with managing medications, accessing health services, developing social networks and strengthening daily living skills. Individuals who meet homelessness requirements as outlined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development may seek housing through our Supportive Housing/ Rental Assistance Program units, where they have the opportunity to work with a housing specialist to develop skills such as managing personal finances, negotiating with their landlord and accessing community resources. Supportive Housing residents may remain in these permanent housing units and receive our support as long as needed.
